b.Water intake maximum
c.Follow 8-12-4-8 principle of taking food
d.work at home also( If male person is doing job), so ur blood circulation will be good.
e. pet mein bhook rakh ke khana hey,pet bhar ke nehin khana kabhi bhi
f. Fast(Upwaas) in every week
g. take dry foods
h.skip Tea , Do Yoga at least for 30 mins
