1.      Parents and wife/Spouse did not tell you to  take water and food in time at office.


2.      You must  take 100% benefit of your CTC, so your health should be best all the time . Company is paying u for because u have to  give time to office and family not in hospital.

3.      Skip tea in morning, take green tea  without sugar after meal .Take salad with heavy breakfast and take  water  30 mins before  lunch  to digest food proper


Don’t Skip breakfast , lunch , dinner . unless fat around body will be increased.
Don’t take cucumber in night salad.
Don’t take take raw salt in rice. And not take rice in breakfast and dinner
Take RO water or bottle water(Rs40  for 20 ltr), Don’t take ground water without boil, unless fever will continue a  long

4.      Control ur MMT(Money,Mind,Tongue) in early stages of life , So u can enjoy every moments  of life better.


5.      Chew food 32 times and Wash ur hands  before and after  meal. Wash ur teeth after tea/coffee till that time when the sound didn’t appear.

6.      If u do not take care  health in the age of 20 to 30 years . u  have to hospitalized between  35 to 40  years. It is not the age of going hospital
Ex-Hospital names are also like this (Forties hospital (40’s))

7.      Cause of Diabetis- Wrong intake of food and CHINTA(TENSION).
8.      Cause of Cancer – Did not take food in time .passive smoking, tension of office workload , family.  When Immunity goes down the limit , Cancer starts its role

9.      Analyze a bad part of life- u secured  a good %age in career, got a good job in best company, doing hard labor for appraisal every year. But U forget one and topmost  thing –Health – WHY ?      

10. Retain the  spark(Best spirit) every time.

11. Take follow up of mail , check sent mail, Be proactive in office, So u can be a best Boss in future.
12. GOD is watching Ur work/activity in background, So be genuine all the time.

13. Take atleast 3 ltrs of water in office.


14. Eat  some things   after some gap, like banana, sprouting, cucumber, fruits ,snacks at around 5 to 6 pm , then dinner will be very light
